Call Hours

Introduction
Call hours are an agent shift management mechanism in DialSense. Call Hour range specified here can be used by campaigns and eventually agent bots to make calls within the specified hour and stay idle rest of the time.

On the first page, add call hour name and description and click next. Add start and end time entries. Default entries specify time range for everyday. If further customisations needed user can add entry for a particular say of the week.
