Lists

Introduction

Lead management module in DialSense is called as Lists. The idea is simple, one need to create a campaign, then create a list and associate the campaign, add some leads (customer to call) one by one or upload a spreadsheet containing lots of leads and start dialling automatically.

Add a List

Add a list

Adding a list is pretty straightforward, in case an automated list name and description is needed the dice button generates and fills the name and description.

Adding leads

Leads can be added in two ways in DialSense - 1. Add single lead using the web ui and 2. Import leads by uploading csv files.

Add single lead

Add single lead

To add a single lead entry to a list, there are four mandatory field to fill in the above form:

  1. leadlist: Pre-filled with the selected list.
  2. first_name: Name of the lead.
  3. phone_code: Country code of the lead.
  4. phone_number: Phone number of the lead.

There are more optional fields like address, city, state, email, gender etc. that can be added by clicking the Add More Fields button.

After adding the lead, call gets placed to the lead depending on the campaign call hour.

Uploaded file summary

After uploading the csv the file gets pre-processed. DialSense supports two types of mapping, Standard and Custom. Until the mapping is set for the file, the file will not be processed.

Standard mapping

DialSense supports standard mapping template used by leading contact centre solution like ViciDial and GoAutoDial. Find the template below:

standard_lead_format.csv

Custom mapping

Any custom mapping files can be mapped to standard mapping with the web ui. In the custom mapping page first 3 rows and the column header of the uploaded csv is shown and can be mapped to standard mapping headers.

Custom Mapping

Once mapping is set, depending on the campaign call hour, call gets placed to the leads one by one.
